The GCPD Headquarters
The Gotham City Police Department (otherwise known as the GCPD) serve and protect Gotham. Though they prove to be rather competent when it comes to catching ordinary criminals, they are often shown to be hopelessly outmatched by the more extreme villains of Gotham's Criminal Underworld.
